Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help. 

That’s where my services come in. 

My passion for being a massage therapist begin with a lot of experiences in many careers in the past such as pubs, restaurants and care home, etc. So, I have found that being a therapist and working with others made me fall in love with taking care and looking after people and I know I’m good at that. Being a therapist is a kind of service to make an impression to customers and we are always happy to see our clients happy. 

I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts.

I am a fully qualified massage therapist with several degrees including VTCT Level 4 Sport Massage Therapy from  Gower College Swansea, VTCT Level 3 Thai massage therapy, Qualified YMCA awards sports massage level 3 from Coleg Gwent, Usk Campus etc. Also won a Sport achievement award 2022 From Coleg Gwent.

I provided friendly and professional service  as a home based business located in  Llanelli.

I will work with you to restore your balance and find your centre.

 

As an experienced Massage Therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Massage Therapist.
